And then they get caught up later because they don't have the proper foundation in place. That's what we want to help you avoid when you're building a profitable business. You want to be really clear in the beginning stages. It makes a difference!

MODULE 2: BRANDING

It feels very sweet to say "I have a brand", but let's talk about what is a brand. There are so many definitions, but at the end of the day, a brand is like your stamp; it is a representation of something. A brand supersedes a logo, colors, or typography by encompassing all of the elements into one recognizable image. But before you can even get to those visual elements, you've got to be clear on what is the fiber of the brand in order for people to want to be connected to it.

MODULE 3: PRODUCT/SERVICES

What is your offer? What do you have to give to your community? Figure out what your people need so that you can better serve them. We're going to be discussing your product and service offers. What I want you to keep in mind in this module is one product or service offer or one vertical offer. Let's dig a little deeper into what that means and looks like for your business.

MODULE 4: OPERATIONS

I am very excited to talk to you about operations! It's the thing that makes us the most optimized and consistent as a team. It also keeps us attracting the people we're wanting, because we have our organization in place. So I NEED to teach about this, because a lot of challenges for entrepreneurs when you're first getting started is that you're not properly organized.

MODULE 5: MARKETING

Let me just preface this module by saying something, that hopefully doesn't snatch any edges or get anyone offended. And if you do, then I don't know what to tell you... But the reality is, as an entrepreneur, you're going to have to become a marketer. I know you just want to help people; I know you just wanna sell your thing. But in this digital world that we're in, and have evolved to, you have to be a marketer. And what's even more jarring is you have to be an internet marketer.

MODULE 6: MONETIZATION

Honey, let's get clear about these numbers! Businesses need to make money. Monetize your products and services wisely to ensure you are getting the profits you deserve. First, decide now if you want a money goal or an impact goal; this will determine how you measure your success and what you set as your quantitative goals.
